Program Description
SpeakerMatch offers permission-based SMS and RCS messaging to provide timely and relevant information related to your SpeakerMatch account. Messages may include service notifications, speaker opportunity alerts, application or account updates, reminders, customer support responses, and occasional marketing or promotional messages related to SpeakerMatch features, services, or offers.
Messaging is delivered using Twilio’s messaging platform.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and interactions with SpeakerMatch, but typically does not exceed 4 messages per week.
How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS and/or RCS messages by providing your mobile phone number and explicitly consenting through a clear opt-in mechanism, such as a checkbox or form submission.
Opting in to receive messages is optional and is not required to use SpeakerMatch services.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS or RCS messages unless you opt in again. Consent to receive SMS or RCS messages is not a condition of purchase or membership.
