Welcome! We're thrilled you're considering joining our Ambassador Program. Here's what you need to know to participate.

Note: In this document, "SpeakerMatch" is referred to as the "Company," and you are known as the "Ambassador."
The terms "Affiliate" and "Ambassador" are interchangeable in this context throughout our website and other materials.

  1. Keep your links to the Company fresh and updated. Your attention to detail helps us all succeed!
  2. Start strong! Please send a promotion to your list within 30 days of joining us.
  3. Let's keep the ball rolling by promoting our services or products at least once every 90 days.
  4. Rest easy knowing we'll handle the complexities like order processing, user account setup, customer service, and your referral fees.
  5. If anyone has questions, please forward them to our Support Center at https://support.speakermatch.com. We're the experts here.
  6. We maintain a respectful and positive community. Sites with explicit or harmful content won't be approved.
  7. Use only the pre-approved graphics and logos we provide. No alterations, please!
  8. Absolutely no spamming. It's not just a deal-breaker; it's against the law.
  9. If your earnings exceed $600 this year, we'll need your Tax ID or Social Security Number to proceed.
  10. Note that some offline referral fees may take up to 5 days to post. But don't worry; we've got your back.
  11. Referral fees are calculated based on the actual sale price, not including any additional charges like taxes or shipping.
  12. If your referral fees exceed $50 in any month, expect a PayPal payment. Anything less rolls over to the next month.
  13. Accounts inactive for over a year with less than $50 will forfeit those earnings, so stay engaged!
  14. Unclaimed funds in accounts inactive for over a year will also be forfeited.
  15. Service cancellations? No worries. We'll adjust your future referral fees accordingly.
  16. In case of fraudulent transactions, the associated referral fees will be deducted from your future earnings.
  17. We aim for 100% uptime but can't control everything. Our liability is limited to the referral fees actually earned.
  18. These terms may be updated from time to time. We'll keep you in the loop.
  19. Deciding to part ways? Remove all mentions of the Company and give us a heads-up.
  20. We reserve the right to revoke your Ambassador status if you violate any of these terms.
  21. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
  22. Share a link to SpeakerMatch in your social media posts, emails, blog articles, or on your site. Let's spread the word!
  23. We'd love to hear that you've promoted SpeakerMatch at least once every 90 days.
  24. After sending out a promotion, please let us know. We like to keep track of the good news!
  25. We reserve the right to offer different terms to other website owners. It keeps things flexible.
