SpeakerMatch Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions
Welcome! We’re excited to have you consider the SpeakerMatch Ambassador Program. The information below outlines what you need to know to participate successfully.
Definitions
In this document, “SpeakerMatch” is referred to as the Company, and you are referred to as the Ambassador. The terms Ambassador and Affiliate may be used interchangeably throughout our website and materials.
Promotion Expectations
Ambassadors are expected to actively promote SpeakerMatch:
Share your first promotion within 30 days of joining the program.
Promote SpeakerMatch at least once every 90 days to remain active.
You may share your Ambassador link via social media, email, blog posts, or your website.
Please keep your referral links current and accurate.
After sending a promotion, please notify us so we can track activity and performance.
What SpeakerMatch Handles
SpeakerMatch manages all operational aspects of the program, including:
Order processing
Account setup
Customer service
Referral fee tracking and payouts
If someone has questions about SpeakerMatch or the Ambassador Program, please direct them to our Support Center at https://support.speakermatch.com.
Brand & Content Guidelines
To maintain a positive and professional community:
Only use approved SpeakerMatch logos and graphics. Do not modify them.
Websites or platforms containing explicit, hateful, or harmful content will not be approved.
Spamming is strictly prohibited and may violate applicable laws.
Referral fees and inactive accounts
If your referral fees exceed $50 in a given month, you’ll receive a PayPal payment.
Balances under $50 will roll over until the minimum payout threshold is met.
Inactive accounts
Accounts inactive for over 12 months may stop accruing new referral fees.
Any unpaid referral balance in an inactive account may be converted to SpeakerMatch service credit at the Company’s discretion.
Converted service credits may be subject to expiration or usage limits.
Unclaimed balances may be handled in accordance with applicable laws.
Taxes
If your earnings exceed $600 in a calendar year, you will be required to provide a valid Tax ID or Social Security Number.
Adjustments & Deductions
If a referred customer cancels service, future referral fees may be adjusted.
Referral fees associated with fraudulent transactions will be deducted from future earnings.
Liability & Availability
While we strive for reliable service, SpeakerMatch cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our liability is limited to the referral fees actually earned by the Ambassador.
Termination & Changes
These terms may be updated periodically.
If you choose to leave the program, you must remove all SpeakerMatch references and notify us.
SpeakerMatch reserves the right to revoke Ambassador status for violations of these terms.
We may offer different terms to other partners or website owners at our discretion.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
